Apples can do so much! Low carb, detox, superfood, healthy fruit, quick snack – apples are wonderfully versatile and highly beneficial for the organism.

Especially our distinctive apples from the mountain, which are three times more freshly pressed. As single-variety juices or in one of our cuvée.

Thirty vitamins and trace elements, potassium and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron, plus the alkaline effect and great taste – all this is contained in our juices.

Our apples: born, grown and pressed at 1,000 m above sea level. Few apple varieties come into question for our range of juices. The key criterion: Are they suitable for mountain cultivation? Do they fit our location, climate and soil? The terroir is decisive for taste and character.

Top quality
We are uncompromising when it comes to the quality of the apples, berries, vegetables and flowers for our juices. Quality ingredients are essential for quality food. Only fully ripe, hand-picked apples from our own orchards are accepted for making our juices.

Long years of experience
The very best apples are the point of departure. In addition, we have long years of experience. We know how the aromas of the individual apple varieties develop best. State-of-the-art technologies and continuous further development are our tools.
