Sweet or sour?

Have you noticed the dots on the label on the back of our bottles? 
They classify our juices in terms of sweetness and acidity as a quick guide to our juices’ main sensory properties. The acidity in our apple juices makes them fresh, lively and light. It gives them balance and harmony. The juices in our GOURMET line with the highest acidity are Rouge, Gravensteiner, and Sonnenglanz and in the GRAND CRU line, it is the Ananasrenette. 
 In the CUVÉE line, those with blackcurrant, mandarin, apricot and mint are those with the most intense acidity.
