I love my home in the mountains. I love my work. My father has supported me in all my undertakings and has guided me all his life.
He taught me one thing in particular, namely to respect the soil and foster the natural cycles.

In our orchards at almost 1,000 m above sea level, we do not work organically but we attach particular importance to the sparing use of natural resources. I focus on near-natural and sustainable methods of cultivation that maintain the fertility of the soil.

In my opinion, natural agriculture begins in the heart. Switching to organic farming for marketing reasons alone is not my approach.
