KOHL mountain apple juice is direct juice.

After the harvest in our orchards, the apples are gently pressed. The freshly pressed juice contains only the aromas from the fruit pressed and pulp of the fruit involved. The juice is not filtered and is only briefly heated to about 80 degrees centigrade to preserve it.

Our fruit juices are rich in vitamins, e.g. vitamin C, as well as minerals such as potassium and secondary plant metabolites like polyphenols.
Colourants and preservatives are strictly taboo, as is added sugar.

Nor do we dilute concentrates. Healthy enjoyment is our number one priority.
