What makes our KOHL mountain apple juices so special?

At 1,000 metres above sea level on the Ritten in South Tyrol, we produce naturally pure mountain apple juices: single-variety, cuvées of mountain apple juice with matching partners or with extracts of exciting aromas, and the exclusive juices of our Grand Crus.

Our apples: born, grown and pressed at 1,000 m above sea level. Only a few apple varieties qualify for our range. Our most important criterion: Are they suitable for mountain cultivation? Do they fit our location, climate and soil? The terroir is decisive for taste and character.

We are uncompromising when it comes to the quality of apples, berries, vegetables and flowers for our juices. Quality ingredients are essential for quality food. Only fully ripe, hand-picked apples from our own orchards qualify for our juice production. The very best apples are our foundation. Added to this are years of experience: we know how the aromas of each apple variety develop best.

How long do the juices keep?

Once our mountain apple juices reach you, they will keep for at least one year. Unopened, they should be stored in a cool, dark place. After opening, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 6 days.

Are our mountain apple juices alcohol-free?

Yes, our entire range is 100% alcohol-free.

Where do we deliver our mountain apple juices?

We deliver our mountain apple juices to: Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, France, Slovenia, Spain (mainland only), Norway, Czech Republic and Poland.

How does shipping work and are the glass bottles well protected?

We take special care to package our parcels as break-proof as possible. Every bottle is packed with great care and then placed in sturdy shipping cartons suitable for glass bottles. All our packaging material is plastic-free.

The parcels are collected directly from our farm by the courier service and reliably delivered to your home. Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery at any time.

My order or part of it was damaged – what now?

Unfortunately, bottles can occasionally break during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email at kohl@kohl.bz.it and send us photos of the damaged goods.

We will then take care of a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Why has only part of my delivery arrived?

We use different sizes of shipping cartons and match them as closely as possible to your order. This means your order may be split across several parcels.

All parcels are collected by the courier service from our farm on the same day. However, in some cases they may not be delivered at the same time. This is due to the internal processes of the parcel services and cannot always be influenced.

Do you use sugar or additives?

100% genuine = 100% direct = 100% fruit.
One apple, two, three, many - are turned into our juice. And what else? Nothing. Zero. Nada. No preservatives, no additives.

Are our mountain apple juices vegan and gluten-free?

Our juices contain no animal-derived or genetically modified ingredients and bear the Vegan label of the European Vegetarian Union.

Our mountain apple juices are gluten-free. They are suitable for people with coeliac disease.

You need an invoice for your company with VAT number - how does it work?

If you would like to order on invoice, you will find the B2B section in the top menu bar. There you can enter all the important information and your enquiry will be sent directly to us.

Apple juice from the mountain

Like my apples I am from the Ritten. If you grow up there, you know the seasons; you see the buds, blossoms, bees and the ripening fruit. I know a lot about apples. Above all: I know they are a gift of nature. I have a deep feeling for our land, for the air, for the soil. I accompany my trees through the annual cycle, keeping close to them and giving them space to develop.

My approach: best quality right from the start, ingredients at the peak of maturity, many hours of manual work, gentle processing. The essence of all this is present in my mountain apple juices.
