Shipping policy

The product prices listed on www.kohl.bz.it are expressed in euros and include the applicable VAT.

The order is only considered accepted by us once we send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded at the location of the registered office of KOHL Mountain Apple Juices.

The total shipping costs to your address are at your expense, except in cases of exceptions and deviations that are duly announced on www.kohl.bz.it and/or communicated by email. In any case, the costs will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed.

We will ship the products selected and ordered in accordance with the procedures described in the preceding articles to the delivery address you have provided, using trusted carriers or courier services.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 days. PLEASE NOTE! Due to courier restrictions, delays in delivery may occur.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the selected destination country and are regulated as follows:

Shipping within Italy

• For orders of € 74.00 or more, we offer free shipping.
• For orders below € 74.00, a shipping fee of € 7.90 will be charged.
• There is no minimum order value.

Shipping to Austria and Germany

• For orders of € 99.00 or more, we offer free shipping.
• For orders below € 99.00, a shipping fee of € 9.90 will be charged.
• There is no minimum order value.

International shipping

• For international deliveries, we do not offer free shipping.
• Shipping fees are calculated per 17.50 kg as follows:
