What is an apple juice doing in a champagne bucket?

Was macht ein Apfelsaft im Sektkübel?
To some it may seem peculiar, yet a new drinking culture is emerging for non-alcoholic beverages. Alongside fine Champagne from France and a wonderfully full-bodied white wine from New Zealand, KOHL mountain apple juices are increasingly finding their place in the champagne cooler.
Internationally, it has long been en vogue to offer guests who prefer not to drink alcohol a special mountain apple juice as an aperitif or with their meal. After all, they do not want to forgo enjoyment – just the alcohol.
Like Champagne and white wine, our apple juice should also be chilled to 8–10 degrees Celsius.
