Have you noticed the dots on the back label of our bottles?
They classify our juices by sweetness and acidity, pinpointing the main sensory characteristic of each juice. The acidity in our apple juices makes them fresh, lively and light. It gives them balance and harmony.
Among the most acid-forward juices in the GOURMET line are Rouge, Gravensteiner and Sonnenglanz; in the GRAND CRU line it is Ananasrenette.
In the CUVÉE line, those with blackcurrant, mandarin, apricot and apple mint have the most intense acidity.
