I love my homeland in the mountains. I love what I do. My father supported me in all my endeavours and accompanied me throughout his life. One thing he taught me above all else: to respect the land and to nurture natural cycles.

In our orchards at almost 1,000 m above sea level, we do not farm organically, yet a careful handling of natural resources is particularly important to me. I follow a near-natural and sustainable cultivation method that preserves the fertility of the soils.

In my opinion, natural farming begins in the heart. Switching your own farming methods to organic purely for marketing reasons is not my way.
