Pure, precise, perfect. – Three words that describe our GOURMET line. They encompass everything that matters to us in the delicate production of pure apple juice of the highest quality. We become especially aware of these guiding principles when we add a new apple variety to our range. Every variety has its own story and its own special characteristics. Not only in the orchard, but also in production.

The apple. The Sonnenglanz variety tells of the long South Tyrolean summer; of sunlight and warmth that penetrate deep into its core. How it tastes, how it looks – everything is drenched in sunshine. The Sonnenglanz apple variety is a cross between Pinova and Topaz. The medium-sized apples glow sunny yellow on the tree. The flesh is an intense straw yellow, firm and crisp. The apple's flavour is aromatic and fresh.

... and its juice. With delicate citrus aromas and a hint of pine, the juice elegantly balances the interplay of fruitiness and refreshing acidity. The juice is full-bodied and well-balanced, refreshing and fruity.

Food Pairing. Light starters love having SONNENGLANZ apple juice by their side, as do fresh salads. Fish, white meat, and mild cheese form a gently aromatic counterpoint to the fruitiness and fullness of this juice.
