A wonderful opulence on the palate combines with a balanced, harmonious acidity.
The juice is pressed from ripe hand-picked mountain apples of the Pinova variety, which goes back to the wild Sixties but is an offspring of the finest European apple nobility. Pinova apples vary in size, are regular in shape, have a firm flesh and a long stalk.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C
with delicately spiced pasta dishes, roasted light meats, mature semi-hard cheeses.
