Gravensteiner. Temptation.

An apple with the aroma an apple must have to bring back fond memories! With the strong typical flavour.

The juice is slightly earthy and very natural in taste, fresh and lively. It is pressed from ripe hand-picked mountain apples of the Gravensteiner variety, which has long been a familiar sight in the orchards of South Tyrol, having arrived by chance in the 18th century and stayed over the years out of love. Medium-sized to large, yellow when ripe, with medium-firm, very juicy flesh.

Serving temperature: 8 - 12°C
Especially recommended
with raw fish, seafood, shellfish, thickened cream soups.
