The red apple juice: an apple juice - pressed from ripe hand-picked mountain apples - with a difference; not only the skin is red but also the flesh - and the juice!
The red colouring is due to the high anthocyanin content, which has detoxifying effects and is a veritable resistance fighter in the human organism. The blossoms, leaves and tree bark are also red. With fullness of taste and a low sugar content, these red-fleshed apples produce a refreshing, slightly tart juice.
