On the palate they begin a highly interesting dialogue between sweetness and a finely aromatic acidity with an outstanding power to refresh - just like the relationship between Don Camillo and Peppone. The subtle proportions of the blend ensure that both fruits have room to develop their natural aromas.

Serving temperature: 8 - 12°C
Especially recommended with
strongly flavoured fish dishes, veal, semi-hard cheese.
