Mountain apple juice & carrot

They are worlds apart: The one grows on trees, and needs sun and wind; the other grows in the soil, where it is dark and damp.

In our case, however, apples and carrots are a much more successful union than in the case of Shakespeare's unhappy lovers. A product of loving care and all that Mother Nature has to offer on the slopes of the Ritten. Mountain apple juice blended with carrot juice - in carefully gauged quantities: The taste and colour of the carrot are dominant, while the high proportion of apple gives the juice opulence and structure.

Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C
Especially recommended
with Asian dishes, flavoursome fish dishes, spicy risottos, semi-hard cheeses.
