Mountain apple juice and blackcurrant

Who is the winner? That is not the question here! Blackcurrant and apple are almost as different as Harry and Sally in the film - and like them they ultimately enter into a harmonious union.

A cuvée that proves that the sum of the parts is something completely new. The mountain apple juice is happy to take a backseat to the blackcurrant when it comes to colour. But the sweetness of the apple balances the tartness of the blackcurrant and makes the juice refreshing, with opulence on the palate and a long finish.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C
Especially recommended
with speck, cheese and sausage, pasta starters, grilled meats.
