At almost 1,000 metres above sea level, on the Ritten in South Tyrol, we produce pure natural mountain apple juices: single-varietal juices, cuvées made from mountain apple juice and suitable partners or with extracts with exciting flavours, and the exclusive juices of our Grand Cru line.

Everything the apples give us they take from nature: from the sun, water and the power of the earth. With great respect and a commitment to uncompromising quality, we accompany them in their development: from the bud and the flower to the ripe fruit. The juice is a concentrated expression of their essence and thus of the essence of South Tyrol.

Apple juice from the mountain

Like my apples I am from the Ritten. If you grow up there, you know the seasons; you see the buds, blossoms, bees and the ripening fruit. I know a lot about apples. Above all: I know they are a gift of nature. I have a deep feeling for our land, for the air, for the soil. I accompany my trees through the annual cycle, keeping close to them and giving them space to develop.

My approach: best quality right from the start, ingredients at the peak of maturity, many hours of manual work, gentle processing. The essence of all this is present in my mountain apple juices.
